What makes Wunderpix unique is that we keep your photos completely private - we don't analyze them, sell them, or have access to them. Wunderpix uses multiple layers of security. Your photos are encrypted and stored on your device with a unique encryption key. You can secure the app with a PIN code (App Lock) and individual albums can also be protected with a separate PIN code (Album Lock). All your data is stored locally and is not accessible to others, including Wunderpix itself.

If you forget your password, you can request a password reset through the app. Go to the profile screen and select "Reset Password". You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Note: if you forget your PIN code for App Lock or Album Lock, you can use the "Forgot PIN" option to reset it.

App Lock secures the entire app with a PIN code, while Album Lock secures individual albums. With App Lock, you need to enter a PIN code to open the app. Album Lock allows you to protect specific albums with a separate PIN code. This is useful if you want to protect certain photos extra, even if someone else has access to your phone.

Yes, you can export your photos from the app. Go to the album with the photos you want to export, select the photos, and choose "Export". The photos will then be saved in their original quality to your phone's gallery. Note: when you export a photo, it's no longer encrypted and falls outside of Wunderpix's security. We recommend only exporting photos that you really need outside the app.

If you forget your App Lock PIN code, you can use the "Forgot PIN" option on the lock screen. This will log you out of the app, and you'll need to sign in again. After signing in, you can set up a new PIN code. This process ensures that your data remains secure while giving you a way to regain access to your account.
